Joseph Gannon, of Brewster, NY, died at his home on September 30, 2020. He was 76 years old.
Joseph was born on May 17, 1944 in Yonkers, NY, son to the late Anthony and Agnes (McGuinness) Gannon. Mr. Gannon married the love of his life Rosemary Jadus, Rosemary predeceased Joseph in 2017.
Mr. Gannon was a plumber with the Local 1 Union in Elmhurst, NY for 20 years before retiring. He was an active member of the Brewster Elks Lodge 2101 and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Patterson, NY.
Joseph is survived by his children; Scott and his wife Katherine of LaGrange, NY, Joseph and his wife Christine of Brewster, NY and Todd of Brewster, NY, his brother Anthony Gannon and his 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 9, 2020 from 4pm-8pm and Saturday October 10, 2020 from 4pm-8pm. A service will be held at Beecher Funeral Home 1 Putnam Avenue on Saturday October 10th at 6pm. Due to NY State regulations we are permitted 30 people including family in the building at one time, you may be asked to wait outside until someone leaves.
