Di Silvestro, Laurie A., age 58, of Brewster, NY, died Thursday, October 4, 2012 in Danbury, CT.<br> <br>Laurie was born on April 8, 1954 in Ossining, NY to Rocco and Nancy <br>(Di Benedetto) LaGumina of Wilmington, NC. She graduated from schools in Ossining and Baypath College in Massachusetts.<br><br>Laurie married Antonino Di Silvestro on April 24, 1976 in Ossining, NY. <br>Mr. Di Silvestro died June 1, 2007.<br> <br>Working for the Brewster Central School District, Laurie was secretary to the athletic director for the past 17 years. She had been a resident of Brewster for 32 years, having lived in Mt. Kisco prior.<br><br>Laurie enjoyed gardening, an occasional cruise, or snuggling up with a good book just about anywhere but especially on the beach. She loved her two Chihuahuas, missing them whenever she was away.<br><br>Besides her parents, Laurie is survived by her daughters, Diana Spence and son-in-law Cameron of LaGrangeville, NY and Jessica Di Silvestro of Brewster and her brother, Thomas LaGumina of Duxbury, MA.<br> <br>A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 10:00am at St Lawrence O'Toole Church in Brewster. Interment following at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, Sleepy Hollow, NY. Di Silvestro, Laurie A., age 58, of Brewster, NY, died Thursday, October 4, 2012 in Danbury, CT.

Laurie was born on April 8, 1954 in Ossining, NY to Rocco and Nancy
(Di Benedetto) LaGumina of Wilmington, NC. She graduated from schools in Ossining and Baypath College in Massachusetts.

Laurie married Antonino Di Silvestro on April 24, 1976 in Ossining, NY.
Mr. Di Silvestro died June 1, 2007.

Working for the Brewster Central School District, Laurie was secretary to the athletic director for the past 17 years. She had been a resident of Brewster for 32 years, having lived in Mt. Kisco prior.

Laurie enjoyed gardening, an occasional cruise, or snuggling up with a good book just about anywhere but especially on the beach. She loved her two Chihuahuas, missing them whenever she was away.
