Louis was born December 8, 1953, in the Bronx, to Robert and Petrina Hansen. He grew up in the Bronx, attending High School as well as St. John's University in Queens for 2 years. While living in the Bronx, he met and married Helena Carucci. They later had two children, Melissa and Robert. Louis was a self employed contractor who moved the family to Idaho for several years and later moved back East to settle in Mahopac, NY where they have lived ever since. Louis is survived by his wife, two children and a sister Joanne Hansen of Mahopac.
A Memorial Visitation will be held On Friday October 9, at Beecher Funeral Home in Brewster, 4pm-7pm. A Memorial Service will be held during that time as well.
