Michael T. Sherry of Brewster, NY, passed away on June 28, 2016 with his family by his side. He was 63 years old.
Michael was born on August 17, 1952 in Manhattan, NY son of Nora (Shaugnessy) Sherry of Fishkill, NY and the late Gerard Sherry. Michael was a maintenance worker for Metropolitan Oval in Bronx, NY before retiring.
He was an avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the NY Mets and the NY Rangers. His family was very important to him and he enjoyed spending time with them.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday July 2, 2016 at 10 am at St. Lawrence O' Toole Church, Brewster, NY. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. Friends may call Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster, NY on Friday July 1 from 4pm-8pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to UCP, 40 Jon Barrett Road, Patterson, NY.
