Norma C. Capalbo, a 58 year resident of Brewster, NY, died on Wednesday May 3, 2017 at Putnam Hospital Center. She was 88 years old. <br> Born on August 4, 1928 in the Bronx, NY, daughter to the late Anthony and Mildred (Panibianco) Casanova. She was the wife of Thomas J. Capalbo. Mr. Capalbo predeceased his wife. <br> Mrs. Capalbo was an administrative assistant with Putnam Hospital Center for many years before retiring. She enjoyed golfing and spending time on the beach with her toes in the sand. Her gardens at home flourished with flowers as she loved to garden. Her greatest passion in life were her six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, she enjoyed family dinner and everyone’s company while they enjoyed the food. <br>Mrs. Capalbo is survived by her children; Thomas and his wife Francine of Patterson, NY, Amy and her husband Christopher of Pougquag, NY, he daughter in law Kathy Capalbo, her sister in law Marlene Casanova and her 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was not only predeceased by her husband, but also her two sons Joseph and Lawrence and her brother Ronald. <br> <br> A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday May 27, 2017 St. Lawrence O’Toole Church, Brewster, NY at 11 am. Interment will follow at St. Lawrence O’Toole Cemetery. <br> <br>

Born on August 4, 1928 in the Bronx, NY, daughter to the late Anthony and Mildred (Panibianco) Casanova. She was the wife of Thomas J. Capalbo. Mr. Capalbo predeceased his wife.
