Phil Hessler Obituary
Philip Hessler, of North Salem, NY, died peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday December 10, 2017. He was 84 years old.
Born on February 2, 1933 in Yonkers, NY. He attended Saunders Trades and Technical High School. He honorably served in the US Army in 1955-1957.
In 1957 he married the love of his life Kathryn Coyle. Phil was a firefighter with the Yonkers Fire Department for 23 years before retiring in 1981.
Phil is not only survived by his wife Kathryn but also his 4 children; Mary Kay and her husband Rick Moreland, Paul and his wife Susan Hessler, Thomas and his wife Virginia Hessler, Diane and her husband Dan McMaster, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday December 16, 2017 at St. Lawrence O’Toole Church, Brewster, NY at 11am. Interment will be private.
