Stephanie T. Deery

Deery, Stephanie T., age 98, of North Salem, NY, died Saturday, September 21, 2013.
Mrs. Deery was born December 26, 1914 in New York City, NY to Michael and Anna (Martin) Scoran. She married Arthur R. Deery on November 25, 1937. He predeceased her on December 27, 1970.
Mrs. Deery was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Croton Falls, NY. She loved to bowl, play bingo. Her family was the most important thing to her.
Stephanie is survived by her two children Stephanie A. Mahoney of Yorktown Heights, NY and Roger (Barbara) Deery of Cape Cod, MA, her 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Edward Mahoney and her 4 siblings.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday Sept. 23, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church, Croton Falls, NY. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY. Visitation will be held today from 2PM- 6PM at Beecher Funeral Home, 1 Putnam Avenue, Brewster.
