Bianca Marie Ortiz was born on July 28, 1978 in the Bronx, New York. She was the only child of the deceased Richard Ortiz and Lucy Savino who lives in Prescott, Arizona. Bianca lived with her grandparents the deceased Raymond Ortiz and surviving Carmen Ortiz since she was born. On January 1, 1989, Bianca asked her Nana and Papa to adopt her because she wanted a Mommy and Daddy and a sister, who we call each other "Sis". Bianca moved to Co-Op City in 2004; here she met many great and loving people where she supported and participated in many events. She loved cooking and baking, helped people who where in need both families, friends, and strangers. Bianca also was a Delegate for Montefiore Medical Center Customer Service Department where she was employed for 5 years. Bianca is survived by two daughters, Alina who is 19 years old and Brielle who is 4 years old. Her mother (grandmother) Carmen Ortiz, her sister, Debra, brother-in-law, Joe, her nephews Javon, Jonathan, and Jose (aka Tito), aunt Martha Rivera, biological mother Lucy Savino, grandmother, Ileta, uncle, Rene, who live in Arizona, many cousins, friends, co-workers, whom she loved very much. On Sunday, February 28, 2021 at 11:05PM, God lightened her load. A woman who was down to earth, who touched many peoples throughout her time here while on Earth; she is loved by families and friends even until the very end. Bianca will never be forgotten, and we will always keep her memories alive and in our hearts. Lost but Never Forgotten
