Laura Ghianni

Laura Ann McDonald Ghianni reunited in Heaven with her late husband Gil Ghianni on September 8, 2016 suddenly. Laura was born on May 12, 1956 in the Bronx NY where she resided for 60 years. She was the daughter of the late Anna and Harry McDonald. Laura leaves behind three heartbroken children; Michael, Michelle (husband Hector Urena) and Gina. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson Christopher who was the love of her life. You could always count on Laura for amazing cooking, her green thumb, great conversations and a shopping partner. Laura is survived by her sister Lucy and brother Larry. She also leaves behind sister in law Claudina Toole and niece Lauren Toole, godmother Betty Franze and goddaughter Laura Franze and many cousins, relatives and friends. Laura has touched many lives and will stay in our hearts forever.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 2-5 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 9:30 AM at The Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Entombment will follow at Saint Raymond's Cemetery.
