Devoted Step-father of Annmarie Watkins and Christine Watkins. Cherished grandfather of Kevin Holness, David Haynes and Kenneth L. Harley. Linval will be truly missed. We Love You! A Private Cremation was held at The Woodlawn Crematory on April 6, 2020.
