Peter John Toso 92 born November 24, 1927 in London, England. Died on April 19, 2020 Of Coronavirus. Peter was a loving father to his son Peter (Kathleen) and his daughter Lisa (Gary) Palmietto. Adoring Poppop to his four grandchildren Melanie, Frank (Palmietto) PJ and Rebecca (Toso). Pete met the love of his life at 16 years old on a stoop in the Bronx. Evelyn (Roncaglio) who predeceased him on February 21, 2014. They were happily married for 64 years. Peter enlisted in the Navy in 1944 and was stationed in the Great Lakes. Upon return he attended CUNY college and received his masters degree from NYU. Peter worked in market research for 35 years in New York City and Mamaroneck. And to this day could work thru numbers in his head with ease. Peter lived life his way independently in his own home in the Bronx. He loved his family, always up to discuss politics, sports, stocks and old & new cars. Wicked sense of humor and an all around nice guy to everyone he knew and met. Dad/Poppop/Uncle Pete lets raise a glass of scotch/wine ... “it is happy hour someplace”. You are greatly loved and will be missed tremendously.
