Rackley, Barbara V. (nee Golonka) - June 17, 2019 - Beloved wife of the late Franklin J. Rackley. Cherished sister of Susan Mahoney and Kathey Burgeson. Sister in law of Stephen Burgeson. Loving aunt of Ian (Emily) and Max Mahoney and Briana and Liam Burgeson. Dear friend of Donald Stewart and Steve Campana. Survived by her loving friends and her adored animals.
