Jasper (Jack) Speciale, age 78 passed away on March 17, 2019 in New Rochelle, NY from various complications. Jack was born on April 15, 1940 in Hobart, NY to Jack and Orra (Avery) Speciale. He graduated from South Kortright Central School. He was also a graduate of Syracuse University. After graduation he began working for the Social Security Administration as a claims representative in the Bronx, NY. He retired in 1988 as an Administrative Assistant. The same year Jack began working for the Office of the Aging in Eastchester, NY, driving seniors to medical appointments, shopping and other necessary chores. He retired in 2018. He was a lifelong member of the Hobart Methodist Church and was an associate member of the Mamaroneck UMC and New Rochelle UMC. Jack was also a member of the Masons Huguenot Lodge 46. He was a people person, always trying to help others. He was predeceased by his parents. He was an only child. Jack is survived by his wife of 51 1/2 years Millie (Martinez) Speciale. A graveside service will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Stamford, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
