FORT EDWARD Zachary J. DuPrey, 19, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at his home in Fort Edward. Born August 14, 1998 in Glens Falls, NY he was the son of Donald DuPrey Jr. and Toni (Plisko) DuPrey. Zachary graduated from Fort Edward High School in 2016. He was employed by Home Depot in Queensbury, NY. Zack loved to hike and fish. He also enjoyed shooting pool, watching the Chicago Bulls, rap music, and skateboarding, although his twice broken ankle might disagree with that. He enjoyed taking long drives and hanging out with his friends, especially Jordan. He was extremely funny and was a wonderful friend. He had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone in need. Most of all, Zack will be remembered as being kind, compassionate and caring. Zack was predeceased by his “Uncle” Harold Wimette. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Toni Plisko DuPrey, his father, Donald DuPrey (Michelle), his sister and best friend Jordan DuPrey, his step-brothers, Connor and Ian Ladd, his grandparents; William Plisko Jr. (Faye), and Donald DuPrey Sr. (Gloria), his great-grandmother Dorothy Jordan, the love of his life, Jordan Suprenant, Jordan’s parents Mark Suprenant (Mindy), Jordan’s sister Taylor Suprenant, his uncle Bill Plisko III (JoAnn), his aunts, Kimberly Wertheim (Kevin) and Rebecca DuPrey (Fred),his best friend Mike Young, as well many other friends, great aunts, great uncles and cousins. Friends may call from 4-7pm on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the M.B. Kilmer Funeral Home, 82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1pm on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Church, 164 Broadway, Fort Edward. Rite of Committal will follow Mass at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fort Edward. Following the burial, there will be a reception at the Fort Edward Fire Department. Memorial donations in Zack’s name can be made to Center For Recovery, c/o Behavioral Health Services, 100 Park Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801.
