VACCARO, Patricia A. (nee Klemens) of North Collins, NY April 25, 2017; beloved wife of Joseph J. Vaccaro; loving mother of James (Sandra) Vaccaro and Juliana (Richard) Stevens; cherished "Nana" of Ciara Stevens; dear sister of Daniel (Paula) Klemens, Jean (Alan) Seitz and the late Steven Klemens; also survived by many other loving family members and dear friends.
