Robert Anders

Robert “Bob” Anders, 66 passed away on September 3, 2020. Born January 19, 1954 in Troy, he was the son of the late Frank and Jean(Hunziker) Anders. Bob was an avid woodsman and owned the Anders Logging for many years. If he wasn’t in his log truck or skidder or using his chain-saw you could find him, Benson’s Diner, Burt’s or on his Harley with his companion for the last 16 years Roberta Glanz. Bob and Roberta could be found at any county fair for their love of fair food and tractor pulls. Bob is survived by his siblings Nancy Tulley(Marty), Kenneth Anders(Robin), Jeffrey Anders(Sandra) and many nieces and nephews. Bob is also survived by Roberta’s children John Hendricks(Donna), Robbie Hendricks(Amber), Michael Hendricks(Lisa) and their many grandchildren. Bob was predeceased by his sister Barbara Stevens. There will be a memorial of life at his niece's house in Johnsonville September 26th at 1:00 pm. If interested in making a donation please do so to the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region.
