Pauline Rizzo, 83, a resident of Dutchess County since 1992 and formerly of Mount Vernon, died on Monday, August 08, 2011 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in the Bronx on November 19, 1927, she was the daughter of Michael and Anna Simkof Czaus. In 1952, Pauline married John Rizzo, currently of Poughkeepsie. She is survived by her sons and their wives, John and Rosanne Rizzo of Hopewell Junction and Raymond and Jacqueline Rizzo of Mahopac; her sister, Irene Sachanko; and her granddaughters, Taylor and Danielle. She was predeceased by her sister, Lisa Pitts. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11am to 12 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
