Margaret Wickham

Margaret "Peg" R. Wickham, 68, of Elbridge, began her eternal dance with Jesus on April 22, 2012. Born in Syracuse, she worked as a secretary at Chase Design in Skaneateles. She was a member of Grace Chapel, and a volunteer at Wellspring Breast Care Center at Upstate University Hospital @ Community General. She loved gardening, watching humming birds and loved her cat-children Smokey and Dusty. Peg was predeceased by her husband Sherman Wickham in 1997 and sister Doris Frederick. Peg is survived by her daughter Wendy (Larry) Cathcart of Syracuse; son Wayne (DeLynn) of Latham, NY; sisters Marjorie (Norm) Shaver of Skaneateles, Marilynn (David) Henderson of Marietta, and Karen Rejiester of Latham, NY; grandchildren Matthew (Kimberly) Cathcart, Melissa (Aaron) Fields, Michelle and Michael Cathcart, Delaney and LilyAnne Wickham. Service for Peg will be 1 p.m. Thursday April 26, 2012 at Grace Chapel, 1674 Rte. 20 Skaneateles. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Skaneateles. Calling hours will be from 11-1 p.m. Thursday at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Grace Chapel.
