Robert P. Rejman Obituary

Robert P. Rejman, 67, of Auburn, died Sunday, January 25, at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, following a brief illness. Mr. Rejman was a life resident of the Auburn area, the son of Anthony Rejman, and the late Caroline Panna Rejman. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was employed at Auburn Correctional Facility, and prior to that he had worked at Cayuga Correctional, SUNY Cortland, and Agway energy. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church, a former member of the City of Auburn Assessment Review Board, was an avid beekeeper, and a member of the Finger Lakes Beekeepers Club. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Swietoniowski-Kopeczek Post American Legion, Knights of Columbus, and the Elks Club. He is survived by his four daughters Kimberly Rejman of Eureka, Calif., Jillian Rejman of Jordan, April (Rob) Verbsky of Baltimore Md., and Amanda Rejman of Auburn, and three grandsons Andrew and Odin Panek and Frederik Verbsky. He is also survived by his father Anthony Rejman, his sister Lorraine Gray, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Susan Deptula Rejman in May 2012. Funeral services for Mr. Rejman will be at 9:30 A.M. in Holy Family Church. Burial will be private. Friends are invited to call Friday from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Plis Funeral Home, 220 State St..
