Vera Jeraldine "Jerry" Quigley, 92, of Brookline, MA., formerly of Syracuse, passed away Sunday July 17, 2011 at Brookline Health Care. Jerry was born in Syracuse and resided there until 1990. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Michael Quigley in 1988. Vera is survived by her daughter Melanie Ann Quigley and her husband Jonathan Allen of Brookline, MA.; son Gary J. Quigley and his wife Olga Livanis of New York City; brother Sherwood "Bud" Hannam of Camillus; sister Alice Connors of Burbank, CA. and 3 grandchildren. Services for Vera will be 12 noon on Thursday July 21 at the Plis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 10-12 noon Thursday at the funeral home, 33 North St. Marcellus prior to the services. Contributions may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation.
