Victoria M. Clark

Victoria Morrocco Clark 86, of Marcellus, passed away on Sunday October 14 at The Commons on St. Anthony. She was born January 10, 1932 in Marcellus where she spent nearly all of her life. She was the daughter of Joseph A. and Maude A. Phillips Morrocco. As a senior at Marcellus Central School in 1949, she was called into the office of principal Chester Driver where she was offered a job as a teller at the First National Bank of Marcellus. She accepted the position and then worked as a banker for 45 years, retiring in 1994 as Secretary to the Regional Loan Committee of the Central Region at Key Bank of New York. While working there, she met the love of her life, Charles F. Clark, and they were married on February 13, 1971.<br>Vicky was a member of Marcellus First Presbyterian Church, where she served as organist for over 50 years. Her professionalism and dedication to her work at the church will be long remembered. She was a member of the American Guild of Organists and a member of Marcellus Chorale for many years, and later served as Business Manager for its successor organization, Masterworks Chorale.<br>Vicky was pre-deceased by her brother, Joseph F. Morrocco, and her husband Charles. She is survived by her step-daughters, Deborah (Keith) Jordan of Shawnee, Kansas and Susan (Tom) Krysa of Olympia, Washington.<br>A Memorial Service will be held at Marcellus First Presbyterian Church on Saturday November 3, at 1 p.m. <br>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Fund of the Marcellus First Presbyterian Church.
