Calin Pop…. gone way too soon at the young age of 51. He will be remembered as a larger than life personality from his quirky sense of humor to his stubbornness and his generosity. Calin had 3 great loves in his life. Family – with a fierce devotion to his family – there was never a doubt to jump to their aid at any hour day or night. He was a man larger than life…. Yet brought to his knees when it came to playing with his nephew and nieces. They had his heart and could climb all over him. Fishing – the only sport he ever loved and that loved him back and rewarded him with big bounties on almost every fishing trip. Fishing gave him such joy and peace … he could sit for hours..just waiting for the fish to come. He not only loved to fish – but lived to fish… just one more time. Cars - he loved being a mechanic and having his own shop. A place to call his own. He was always happy to help anyone and try to fix anything. It gave him purpose…a place to belong to. Calin leaves behind “Mom” AKA Buni. Sister Sorina Kyriazis along with her Husband Jim and daughter Jamie. Sister Corina Zanca and her two sons, Alex and his wife Jordan, Jack and niece Sandra. He will never be forgotten and we all wish him “calm waters and straight fishing lines” …. Until we meet again. Rest easy now…
