Lois Marie Criniti Layne was not the "Girlfriend of Superman". She was born on November 7, 1941 to Dorothy and Dominic Criniti in her hometown of Peekskill, NY. She was the sister of Jimmy, Carol and Nicky; the wife of James William Michael Francis Layne and the mother of Kim and Scott. She was the aunt of Cathy, Jimmy, Michelle, Gene, Nicky and Jennifer and the niece of Yolanda Carol. The cousin of many DeRonda's, Vogt's, Finnigan's,Oubina's, Biacchi's and Carol's. She was part of a big family but always there for any of us. For over 40 years, she was a dedicated employee of Reader's Digest and a Data Entry Supervisor to many. As many of you know, Mom loved us all and opened her heart to all of us especially her friends and pups. There is nothing she wouldn't do for you. She would make sure there was a family meal on Sunday and a phone call for each day. We love you and will miss you.
