Phyllis K. (Hutchcraft) Wilsey March 31, 2020 Phyllis K. Wilsey of Lyncourt was called back to the arms of our lord on Tuesday after a long battle with kidney disease. She is survived by family, friends and her animals. Phyllis is predeceased by her husband, Paul. Phyllis was born and raised in Syracuse where she went on to become a nurse and cared for elderly in her community. She was a devout communicant of St. Daniel Church and volunteer for the many activities that took place at there. Phyllis took pride in the numerous plants and rose bushes around her home and yard. A memorial ceremony and lunch will take place in late spring as a celebration of her life.
