WATERVLIET – Phillip V. Vincent, 66, of Ted’s Fish Fry, died Sept.21st, 2011. Husband Trudie Vincent, Father of Paul, Pam and Bob Vincent and Sheila (Phil) Williams, Brother of Wanda, Larry and Ron Vincent and Joyce Ziter. Survived by 7 grandchildren. Calling at the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet on Friday from 5-7 with a service at 7 pm.
