<p>Robert R. Gibson, 68, of Elmsford, NY, passed away March 1, 2019. Robert was born February 2, 1951 in Mt. Vernon, NY. He served his country in the United States Navy, and was a member of American Legion Post 135, past Vice Commander. Before his retirement in April 2018, Robert was a Court Officer with the New York State Courts in White Plains, NY.</p><p><br></p><p>Bob was a gentle giant that loved everyone. He helped anyone that crossed his path. He was a devoted partner, loving father and outstanding grandfather. He was loved by all that met him and will be missed by all that knew him.</p><p><br></p><p>Robert is survived by his partner Rosemary Wayne, his three children; Gina Taddeo of Poughkeepsie, NY, Bobby Gibson of Virginia Beach, Va, and Toni (Vladimir) Berthaud of Valhalla, NY, his brothers Joey and John, his seven sisters; Beverly, Andrea, Cathy, Mary, Loretta, Patty, and Sharon, and three grandsons; William Carpenter Jr., and Christian and Nicholas Berthaud. He was predeceased by his brother Frank.</p>

Obituary

Robert R. Gibson, 68, of Elmsford, NY, passed away March 1, 2019. Robert was born February 2, 1951 in Mt. Vernon, NY. Bob was a gentle giant that loved everyone. He helped anyone that crossed his path. He was a devoted partner, loving father and outstanding grandfather. He was loved by all that met him and will be missed by all that knew him.

He was predeceased by his brother Frank.
