Patrick Hensley

Patrick Bryan Hensley, 27 of Brevard, lover of people and animals departed this earth ascended to Heaven on Wednesday November 25, 2009.

Patrick is survivired by his father, Carol Hensley and his mother Debbie Hensley Galloway both of brevatd; two sisters Michelle and husband Tony McCall of Brevard and leann and husband Neil McDonald of Hendersonville; two brothers Michael and wife Kathy Hensley of Mills River and David and wife Angela Boney of Fletcher, precious niece Laney and nephew Mason whom he adored. He also leaves behind Jessica Jones of Lake Toxaway his best friend and soul mate.

Patrick attended Rosman High School where he played baseball and then went on to Schenck Job Corps where he continued his education and was a certified welder by trade. Patrick enjoyed watching horror movies and listening to rock music. His favorite pastime however was being with his family and numerous friends.

Patrick leaves this world a better place because of his unconditional love, his forgiving spirt, his generosity, kindness and laughter. He will surely be missed by his family and friends, but Patrick would tell us, ‘Don’t be sad” because he has now seen Jesus and has been reunited with his grandparents Juanita Smith, Ray and Mable Murphy and Walter Hensley, whom he loved dearly. We know that we will see him again one day, and that he will be there with jesus to welcome us home.

Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Sunday November 29, 2009 at Moody-Connolly Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Tommy Owen, Rev. Tommy Mullis and Rev. Chester Chappell.

Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2:00PM Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at yellow Mt. Cemetery in Cullowee, NC
