Scott James Wagner, 59, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at his residence. A native of Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Harold A. and Ruth Esther Lipscomb Wagner. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother Greg Wagner. Mr. Wagner had served as the Culinary Arts instructor at Job Corps for over twenty years. He also loved hiking, fishing, traveling and seeing remote wilderness areas in North America. Surviving is son Jacob Wagner and wife Rachel, and daughter April Owen and husband Craig; grandchildren Matthew Wagner, Lucy Wagner, Tyler Owen, Jackson Owen, Cassidy Owen and Cheyanne McConnell; nephews J.T. Wagner and Chris Simonson, niece Tammy Klock. Service plans will be announced at a later date.
