<p>Sharon Roberts Cavett of Pisgah Forest, NC, passed away Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016, in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Asheville.</p><p>Sharon, the daughter of Sylvia Jo and Starl Roberts was born in Virginia Beach April 30. 1948.</p><p>She and her husband, Pete, were married for thirty-three years. She worked at Cason Builders Supply for twenty-two years and became friend and supporter for many of the building contractors in the county.</p><p>She was preceded in death by her father, Starl Roberts. In addition to her husband, survivors include her mother, Sylvia Jo Roberts, of Penrose, NC, a brother, Duane and wife, Debbie, Roberts of Powdersville, SC, a brother Gary and wife, Amie, of Penrose, NC, eight nieces and nephews, and four great nieces and nephews.</p><p>Sharon loved all types of music and NASCAR racing. A fun weekend for her was a trip to the racetrack with her husband, Pete.</p><p>She was an active member of Little River Baptist Church and was a strong Christian who never let faith in her God waiver.
