<p>W. O. Aiken, age 70 of Rosman, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 20, 2018.</p><p> He was born on February 13, 1948 to the late Oscar and Ressie Chappell Aiken. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two infant sisters.</p><p> W. O. retired from the Masonry Business and suffered from a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew him. He was a member of Old Toxaway Baptist Church.</p><p> Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Beatrice Ann Bayne Aiken, formerly of Henderson County; two step-children, Cindy (Mark) Morgan and Steve (Ammie) Orr; three sisters, Jenny (Bill) Lance, Barbara Ann (Larry) Hoxit, and Mary Ann (Michael) Dodson; two brothers, J. W. (Helen) Aiken and Tommy (Jenny) Aiken; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.</p><p> The funeral service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Old Toxaway Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
