Tracy Denise Clarke (Conliffe) was born
on July, 16, 1974 in Marquette Michigan. She is
a twin born to Winfield Conliffe and Elsa Stuart.
She graduated from General H. H. Arnold High School in
Wiesbaden, Germany in 1992. Tracy has lovingly raised
one son (Isaiah) who was the center of her world.
Tracy comes from a long history of family members
that have served in the Armed Forces. This includes
her grandfather, father, step father, mother, sister, and
many more. Growing up in a military environment and
traveling the world, she often saw positive role models
around her and it motivated her to enlist into the United
States Army in 1992 in order to serve her country. Tracy
rose to the rank of SGT in the Quartermaster field where
she deployed several times, to include Saudi Arabia.
Tracy was a hard worker and true leader who cared for
her squad and teammates tremendously. Tracy honorably
discharged in 2000 and went on to continue her selfless
service in the United States Government as a Department
of Defense civilian and Department of Veterans Affairs
civilian.
Tracy truly lived life to the fullest through the simple
pleasures. She had a very loving spirit and beautiful
heart. She was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Tracy would often times go out of her way to help family,
friends, and strangers, and provide support to whomever
needed it. Tracy truly loved the Lord and there is no
doubt that she is finally HOME and free in Heaven.
Tracy is survived by her husband Alberto Clarke, her
son Isaiah Clarke, her mother Elsa Stuart, her father
Winfield Conliffe (Edna Conliffe), her Step Father Clifford
Stuart (Coraleen Stuart), and twin sister Makeda Hall
(Eric Hall). Her memory will be cherished forever by her
son, parents, sibling, grandparents, nieces, aunts, uncles,
cousins and friends.
