Albert “Pete” Forney Weaver, 106, of Union Mills passed away Sunday, January 01, 2012. Pete was a native of Rutherford County and was the son of the late Albert Forney Weaver and Ida Calhoun Lynch Weaver. Pete owned his farm in Union Mills and worked there raising cattle and other livestock. He was also a member of Thermal City United Methodist Church. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Betty Rhinehardt and husband Howard of Union Mills. A number of nieces and nephews are also surviving. Funeral Services will be 3PM Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at Crowe’s Mortuary. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the family cemetery off of Thermal City Road. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Thermal City United Methodist Church or to Hospice of Rutherford County.
