Annie Geneva Saine Sparks “Ann”, 76 of Forest City passed away on February 10, 2021 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Ed Golden Saine and Lillie Estelle Roberson Saine. Ann was also preceded in death by her husband Jerry Michael Sparks. Ann was a native of Rutherford County and worked as a sales Clerk at Tanner Company for over thirty years. A private memorial service is planned at a later date.
