Bonnie Arrowood

In loving memory of Bonnie Lucille Nix Arrowood age 87 who went home to be with the Lord on Monday January 21, 2013 while being cared for at Hospice House of Forest City. Bonnie was born May 11, 1925 in Rutherford County NC; she was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was formerly employed by Doncaster/Tanner working in the company mailroom. She is survived by her husband Hoyle Max Arrowood, a grandson Jonathan Arrowood and his wife Kristen, a great grandson Jacob Arrowood, daughter-in-laws Kathie Arrowood, and Jackie Arrowood and a number of other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents James Colonel Nix and Mary Searcey Nix and her son Neil Hoyle Arrowood. A service celebrating her life will be held 3 PM Wednesday January 23, 2013 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3:00 PM Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to Rutherford County Hospice P.O. Box 336 Forest City NC 28043.
