Carol Ann Roczniak Boxerman, age 67, of Lake Lure, died Wednesday at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. A native of Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth James and Loretta Mrozek Roczniak. She was a secretary for a real estate firm. She is survived by her son, Scott Dargis and wife Ann of Frankfort, IL; daughter Lynette Dargis of Illinois; grandson Darrick Dargis of Frankfort, IL; brother Ken Roczniak and wife Sue of Illinois; and special friend Norman R. Jones of Forest City. No services are planned at this time.
