Carroll Eugene Harlow 76 of Baltimore, Maryland went to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday November 8, 2010. He was a member of Good News Fellowship Church of Baltimore, MD, retired from Bethlehem Steel Corporation, and an U.S. Air Force veteran. His big smile and great big hug will be missed by all his family and friends. Carroll never met a stranger and was remembered by all he met. He was the son of the late Harry Burnett Harlow and Hilda Campbell Harlow and the husband of Margie Brooks Harlow all of Baltimore, MD. He is survived by one son, Stanley T. Harlow of Elizabethtown, KY and one daughter, Rebekah Harlow Stevens of Forest City, NC; also one brother Charles Harlow of Kingsport, TN, one sister Barbara Harlow of Baltimore, MD; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Tabernacle Baptist Church 121 Bennett Rd.
