Charles Laughter

Charles Lance Laughter age 77 of Rutherfordton, passed away on June 8 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Charles worked as a weaver in the textile industry. He was the son of the late Dophus and Fanney Laughter, and was predeceased by his wife Evi Lee Laughter. He was a member of Piedmont Baptist Church. He is survived by three sons, Jim, Danny, and Terry; Two sisters Colleen, Catherine, and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 11 at Crowe’s Mortuary at 3 PM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
