Charles L. Stutzman, 64, of Rutherfordton died May 10, 2013 at Hospice House, Forest City. He passed peacefully, comforted by his family and devoted friends. Charles retired to the Rutherfordton area after a 20 year career in the Air Force, and was a well-respected retired instructor at Isothermal Community College. A loving father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public viewing or funeral services.
