Christopher Michael Owens, infant son of Christopher and Melissa Garmon Owens died Sunday, April 26, 2009 at Rutherford Hospital. In addition to his parents he is survived by two sisters, Sophia Owens and Makayla Pruett; grandparents, Randy Owens, Barbara Owens, Beverly Garmon, Johnny Garmon; great grandmothers, Barbara "Peggy" Owens and Gladys Huntley. Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, April 29 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Rev. Marshall Dill officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family will be at the home of Randy and Barbara Owens, 1200 Bridges Drive, Forest City, NC 28043.
