Cindy Lou Brest Santiago, age 61 of Forest City, died Friday morning, May 4 at Hospice House. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Roberta Thompson Brest. She was a retired preschool teacher. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Arnaldo Santiago of the home; daughters Lisa Barwell of Rutherfordton, Tina Hettrick of Chesnee, SC, and Orlena Pratt of Brookfield, OH; sister Sharon Goist of West Middlesex, PA; nine grandchildren, Tyler Fiorenza, Brandon Fiorenza, Nicolas Barwell, Sierra Barwell, Aryana Hettrick, Rylee Barwell, Cearstyn Santiago, Nathaniel Pratt, and Jimmy Pratt. Memorial services will be held at a later date.Obituary
