Rutherfordton-Mr. Clarence Edward Robbins 73, of Mustang Trail Rutherfordton died on July 11, 2009 at the Hospice House of Forest City. He was a native of Rutherford County and the son of the late Lee and Bertha Ridings Robbins. He had worked as a sawmill operator, was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Danieltown Baptist Church. He is survived by Sons and their wives Curtis and Rachael Robbins, Chris and Rhonda Robbins, Gregg Robbins and Gary Robbins all of Rutherford County. Five Grandsons and One Granddaughter. Two sisters Geneva and Dot Toney both of Rutherford County, One Brother Hubert Robbins of Fingerville SC and he was preceded in death by one brother Roy Robbins. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday July 14, 2009 at 11 AM at the Danieltown Baptist Church in Forest City with the Revs. Craig Lovelace and Glen Reid officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11 at the church. Burial with Military Honors will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
