David Young Banning age 53, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on December 8th 2020 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. David was the son of Millie Jane Blake Banning and the late Charlie Young Banning. In addition to his mother he is survived by his sister Anita Marlowe.
