Della Claudine “CC” Conner Della Claudine”CC” Conner, age 74, of Carolina House, Forest City, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at John F. Keever Jr. Solace Center in Asheville. She was a native of Spindale, NC and a member of Father’s Vineyard. CC worker in retail at Belk for many years. She was the daughter of the late Bruce Guy Conner and Ethel Anders Conner. She is survived by daughters, Debbie Turner of Rutherfordton, NC and Paula Stevens Smith of Clemmons, NC; two brothers, Bob Conner of Biltmore Forest, NC and Tom Conner and wife Michelle of Asheville, NC; one grandson, Zachary Anderson; very dear to her heart, nephew Barry Conner and niece Brianna Conner, along with many special aunts, cousins and friends. A celebration of CC’s life will be held Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Father’s Vineyard, Oakland Road, Spindale, NC. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM with a memorial service at 2 PM.
