C. Donald Lattimore, age 90, of 2230 US 64/74 Rutherfordton passed away Wednesday at Hospice House. Donald was a native of Rutherford County, son of the late John and Fannie Lewis Lattimore, a retired salesman for Henson Timber, a member of Southern Baptist Church and a US Army Veteran of WWII. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Grace Frady Lattimore of the home, daughter Rhonda Davis and her husband Danny of Rutherfordton and a grandson John Davis of Rutherfordton. Services will be 3 PM Saturday at Southern Baptist Church with Rev. John Perry officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
