Elizabeth Randall Drawdy, age 94 of Waxhaw, NC was a long-time resident of Spindale, died Tuesday November 27, 2018. A native of Rutherford County, she was preceded in death by her 2nd husband, Horace Drawdy, her father, Joseph Preston Randall, her mother, Mary Elizabeth Toms Randall and brothers Joe Doris Randall and Ralph Jason Randall. She was a retired Home Economics teacher at Cool Springs and East Rutherford High School and a member of Spindale United Methodist Church. She traveled to countries in six continents and kept many journals of her experiences. Left to cherish her memories are nephews David Randall of Fairview, NC (Union Co.), Steven Randall of Roswell, Ga., and niece Maria R. Gill of Henfield, UK and seven great nieces and a great nephew. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM on Saturday December 1st, 2018 at Crowe Mortuary in Rutherfordton, NC. A brief service will be held at Crowe’s Mortuary at 2PM Saturday, December 1, 2018.
