Fred Arrowood age 76 of Sunset Memorial Road went to his reward on Saturday November 28, 2015 while being cared for at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. A native of Rutherford County he is a son of Charlie B. Arrowood and Murriell Robbins Arrowood and was retired from the Rutherford County School System after some 35 years of service. He is survived by his wife Brenda Daniel Arrowood, daughter Shay Arrowood Guffey and her husband Larry, daughter Shawn Arrowood Parker, five grandchildren Jared Guffey, Hunter Parker, Ethan Parker, Karsyn Guffey and Brandon Smith; sister-in-law Lucy Hampton Daniel and a number of other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Sunday November 29, 2015 at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. Spencer Price officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 PM until 4 PM Sunday November 29, 2015 at Crowe’s Mortuary. Graveside services at Eternal Hills Memorial Park will be announced at a later time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Rutherford County Schools Education Foundation.
