Hassie Ford Guffey age 90 passed away on February the 12th 2015. Hassie was the daughter to the late Ulysses and Callie Smith Ford. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Sidney Guffey, son Jerry Roger Guffey, and Charles Stanley Guffey. Hassie is survived by her grandson Jerry Scott Guffey, five nieces and two nephews. She was a retired textile worker and a member of Spencer Baptist Church. Services will be held on Monday the 16th of February at 11:00AM at Spencer Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 10-11AM at the family life center. Burial will follow at Eternal Hills Cemetery. Rev. Bruce Caldwell will officiate.
