Hildred Daniels McEntire, 75, of Rutherfordton, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at her home. A native of Avery County, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Mable Ollis Daniels. She was retired from the furniture industry and was a member of Piney Knob Baptist Church. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dean McEntire of the home; daughter, Kim Webb; grandchildren, Ashley Keller, Page Webb and Brent Webb; great grandchild Hunter Keller; brothers, Donnie Daniels and Richard Daniels; sister, Betty Woody. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kenny Webb, brother, John Daniels and sister, Shirley Woody. Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Crowe’s Chapel, 118 College Avenue, Rutherfordton, NC with Rev. Mike Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Piney Knob Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
