Vance Greene, 52, of Rutherfordton, died Monday, November 23. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Hunter Vance and Jean Elizabeth McDonald Greene. He was a brick mason. He is survived by his wife, Audrey Joann Guffey Greene of the home; two daughters, Heidi Elizabeth Lynch and Victoria Enez Jacobs; one sister Judy Bailey of Rutherfordton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Jo Greene Kantner. Funeral services will be private.
