Jeffery Lynn Wilson Sr., 62, of Spindale, died Thursday at his home. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late John Lee and Augustine Walker Wilson. He was a textile worker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Veva Shroyer Wilson of the home; son Michael G. Wilson of Spindale; three brothers, Donnie Wilson of Rutherfordton, Gary Wilson of Mooresboro, Michael Wilson of Rutherfordton; sister Sandra Baynard of Union Mills; two grandchildren, Jazzlynn Wilson and Emma Wilson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Lynn Wilson Jr and a sister Patricia Ann Garcia. Funeral services will be held 2PM Sunday at Crowe’s Mortuary with Rev. Ed Rogers and Rev. Terry White officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
